Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full 100% fee.
• No-show appointments will also be charged 100% of the service cost.
These fees help cover the time reserved exclusively for you.

Do I Need a Patch Test?
Yes. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Please book your patch test in advance to ensure your treatment can go ahead safely.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the cancellation fee may apply.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the final cost of your service.
