• All appointments must be booked in advance.
• Please arrive on time to ensure the full length of your treatment.
• If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced or rescheduled.

• Payments can be made online or in person.
• All prices are listed in GBP.
• Deposits may be required for certain services.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Arrive with clean skin/lashes/nails as required for your treatment
Failure to follow these guidelines may affect the quality of your results.
5. Rights to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service in circumstances including, but not limited to:
• Inappropriate behaviour
• Unsafe conditions
• Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows
• Conditions that may compromise client or technician safety
6. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• They must be used before the expiration date.
• They cannot be exchanged for cash.
